Total renovation of a villa with pool and gest house in “Ftelia”, Mykonos.
The portion of the villa in the ground floor is completely made of local stone, while the first floor has been plastered and smoothed with the local technical.
The infinity pool is fully integrated into the surrounding natural landscape and was built in "cemento conia", the typical and incomparable Greek finish.
The fence has been preserved in the original dry stone, while the entrance door to the villa is an old door of of a typical Milanese house of the early twentieth century. The interior design is developed on two levels: the ground floor there is the master bedroom, the walk-in closet and the master bathroom, while upstairs, at street level,there is the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, a laudry room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms.
The outfitting and furnishings are the result of a constant and careful search of the owner, Elena, who has followed in detail the development of the project.
This was not the first project that we have developed together, as we had already worked on several occasions in Milan and the result is the fruit of a long and lasting friendship, that has survived for a long time. Better not say how many years!
